Most of us have some unwanted or unneeded items taking up space in our homes. We don't have enough stuff or time to plan a yard sale and do not want to be hassled with phone calls generated from a printed classified ad, which is quite costly as well. You can very easily send us a digital photo of your item and a description. Interested buyers will contact you by Email only. If you decide on an agreement you make arrangements to see the item, buy it and take it home. It's that easy. We are listing by counties so you can buy and sell locally or expand your buying and selling area to more counties. We are a community based marketplace, not a global auction.

What if I only have 1 item to sell?
A 4saleagain.com membership is so reasonably priced it makes sense to join even if you only have 1 item to sell at this time. Membership also allows you access to our WishList, where prospective buyers can list items they are looking to buy. You just might have what they are looking for!

Why do I have to register and become a member in order to sell my item(s)?
Membership enables us work with responsible trustworthy clients. We will keep feedback on our members to ensure a level of respect and trust within our communities. This is based on the premise of a classified ad or garage sale. If you are uncomfortable using these outlets to buy or sell merchandise, you should not use this site. We simply don't want anyone to mislead or disrespect anyone.

I've registered and paid, now what?
Log-in and submit your item with a brief description and a digital photo. The item is reviewed and if approved, released to the web site within 72 hours, barring any occurances such as power outages, etc.

How do I pay for and get the item I want to purchase?
You make arrangements with the seller via Email to see the item, pay them directly and arrange for pick up. Again, this works like a classified ad or garage sale.

What if my item(s) don't sell?
Depending on the membership you have you can list your item(s) for up to 6 months. You can replace and resubmit an item for the length of your membership. Check out the WishList for specific items others are seeking. You just might have some items people are looking to buy.

How do I list my garage sale?
You must be a member and click on the garage sale category and list your address. This is only feature that requires you to post your address (like you would with a classifed ad). Post a photo of a key item you are selling and list others in the description. You can post other photos depending on your membership limits and note in description that it is included in your sale, basically allowing buyers to get a preview of your sale.

I'm opening a new business and money is tight, how can 4saleagain.com help me?
Many businesses are expanding, relocating or sadly closing. When this happens, they have offices or stores full of materials that can be useful to those just starting out. Click on our Business Openings & Closing category.

How does it work for SELLERS?
Whether you have one (1) item or many items to sell it pays to become a member. Even if you have only 1 item to sell it's cost more cost effective than a classifed. If you have several items or you have a store, you can search a growing and changing data base for items people are looking to purchase by accessing our WishList.

How does it work for BUYERS?
You can search a growing and changing data base daily for items others are selling. As a member, you can access our WishList and post a specific item you are seeking.

What is the Wishlist and how does it work?
Anyone can post items they are looking for on the Wishlist, but only our Members have access to see what buyers are looking for. If you have an item a buyer is seeking, you can put your item on the site and Email them.
